No product or reply since 2 days ago after purchase
I haven't received your product after 2 days payment.
I have sent an email to you but no reply as well. Your order email states that I will get my product max 24 hours. Please reply because I'm very worried. |

I have a problem with the installation.
I see blank screens in the admin(site.com/admin) and all other sub pages. Only the frontpage is working. is it smarty error? Please help. Thanks. |

admin panel doesn't use Smarty. Could submit a ticket with FTP credentials in the helpdesk, so I'll be able to investigate the problem?
