I want to completely disable subitems for members but not admin, i want to be able to add the subitems.
I did try that button but it disabled my ability too, will those extra bits of code allow me to still submit? |

Loren, subitems created specially to be attached to article. Now, admin CP hasn't feature to attach subitems to articles. So, in that way, if you disable subitems posting for user now, you can't attach its to articles and it will be separated and senseless.

Not really senseless...because I can post news using subitems, and members can post articles. The idea in principle will work, if i can just stop the subitems radio boxes being seen by members. This will require obviously commenting out of various coding for front end. That's all I am asking for really. And yes i do want them linked just a bit in control of the subitems.
