i ve used the new Version .
and changed the prefix .i ve completed installation in localhost

but i cant add new articles.when i click "Create Article" .then Browser flip a new window that write " cant open http://localhost/x/admin/edit-article.php?id_category=0"

What prefix you are changed?
Try change prefix in file includes/config.inc.php and change in your database in table `configs` variables:
base
base_path
subdir.
