Remove 'Content Management System" from the top

How do i remove the words Content Management System? I was told to do the following;
You can easily change that text in Admin Panel. Please login as Administrator and then click Manage Languages. You will see a list of languages installed in your system. Click Edit / Translate and you will see a grid of language records. Type in 'Content Management' in Value filter and click Search button.
You will see that record below - then simply double click on Value in grid and change it to whatever you wish. That's all!
but nothing show up in the window to change.

Ok, step by step again:
Admin Panel -> Manage Languages -> Edit / Translate English phrases.

No input 'Content Management Software' for the value OR try to use using KEY in filter.
Use 'slogan' for key. You will see the results. Then just change that value in grid.

You can test this in our demo version. Try to change our slogan there. It should work

Oops, cleared cache for you. Now it is working fine, please recheck! In case you still have the same problem - just clear cache from Admin Panel -> Clear Cache in top dropdown menu!
