Default Template Modifications

Maybe should make a Template Modifications category for the forum...

Anyhow, would like to know what files are used in modifying/creating templates...

What are the files associated with the Front end templates?

Is it reasonable to expect that we should be able to modify existing template and/or our construct own from scratch?

Any suggested guidelines?

Please read this explanation:

At first I would advise to play with default template and understand how it works. Try to make changes in it and after that we should try to make your own customized template.

How to remove username and password boxes, button login and other stuff from the right side of header?

Second, it's impossible to change items.inc.php encoding to utf-8. Or not?

Anyway, really great script, thanks a lot.

Hi,
you should remove that stuff by editing your footer.tpl file For SEO purposes we display content at first and after that we display additional stuff.
We will make correct changes in our software to support UTF 100%. Now the script is its beta stage So just think how cool it will be in few months
