How to remove the text on the index :s ?

How i will removed this text on the index page?
I can't find in ADMIN CP and in the templates

Step by step.

1. Go to admin panel -> Language Manager
2. Click button 'Search in Phrases'
3. Fill the form
a) 'Search for text' field: enter 'start_slogan_head' (or 'start_slogan_bottom', there are 2 phrases)
b) 'Search in...' radio button: check 'Phrase Variable Name'
c) Click on 'Search' button
4. Below you can see a table, double click on 'Value' column, change text and click 'Save'
