Article Locking
Requested feature:
Basically, a member can create and article and submit it, but cannot edit or delete it after it is saved. If, the admin has articles set to "Locked" after submitting. Editing can only be done by an administrator. This option could be turned on or off in the admin area, and/or articles could be locked individually.

Nice suggestion, now I've many work, but I'll try not forget about this feature.
