How to edit the {$article.body} ?

Adsense is in the middle/right of the articles.

You can't insert adsense in the middle of article, but you can choose any other place in file view-article.tpl.
If you don't familiar with HTML, you can send us your credentials and adsense code and we will insert that code into template.
