Default source for logo.gif
I cannot customize templates/Default/img/logo.gif if i change it, it doesnt fit with rest of the header. is there a psd file for logo.gif?

in addition to logo.gif you should draw attention to next images:
top_left.gif
top_right.gif
top_bg.gif
because top block is not a single image.
