Can we get a plug in where we can put links to other sites?

I have several sites and I would like have a box with those links.

You can make it in admin panel, Manage Blocks -> Add
Create a HTML block and insert

HTML Code:

<a href="http://www.example.com">My Friend</a>

What do you think about?
