Default vBulletin bridge ready

Greetings,
I would like to say now we have completed a modification to have bridge between vBulletin members and xooArticles accounts. So now when you register in our software you may get registered in vBulletin database as well.

phpBB integration is coming..

Hi
We have phpBB and SMF in our todo list next. After that we will make a special bridge for IPB. Actually we are planning to make modules for all known forums (or at least make them as many as possible) and chat scripts.

Does this integration let's a registered user to post articles?

Can a user own his URL of articles, like

www.site.com/eden => eden's articles ?

Thanks

Hi eden and welcome to our support forums

Yeah, you can synchronize your members database so only registered members could post. You can use one profiles table for both your forums and xooArticles scripts

We never worked with xoops so I can not say if we can make any integration with that.

I have other software that is dependent on vbulletin registration. So does this articles software user vbulletin's registration when a user registers/log-in? I can't use the article system to log-in users my other sections of the site will not work.

This bridge creates an account in vBulletin and xooArticles, no more.
