Greetings,
I read a lot of information about meta information and most sources point meta keywords and meta description don't affect SEO in any way. I still try to add them on our pages if the page is unique. If I add a relevant meta description I can see it in Google search result pages. What do you think? Do meta information affects SEO in any way? Do you still have unique metas for your site pages?

I think they do.
I could note a better visibility when I added metas to a blog of mine. Google loves nice description and keywords. First because they are on the top of the pages, second because they give strong indications regarding the content. I read many times that metas are no more important. This is true when you have the same metas for all your pages. But customized metas for each page are gold for SEO. |

Meta Tags do matter! You may not see any change in Google, but there are still many search engines and directories that read those meta tags and list the site accordingly. Any serous SEO efforts should include precise meta data. You want to SEO for the Internet not just Google.
