Authors name disappears

When window is scrolled authors name disappears and only reappears when you mouse over authors name.
Once you scroll it disappears. Window also reports done but with errors on page.

Pictures will not upload when submitting article, I assume this is the picture you should see when browsing the articles. When you try to submit article with picture included window reports error. And nothing happens.
