Usergroups
Usergroups feature with usergroup permissions

It is strongly needed to have usergoups system and usergroup permissions for users of different usergroups to post, add commenst etc. Cause this is supposed to be a big project, the first step should be adding of some usergroups (guests, registered users, administrators/staff) and their main permissions. Particularly during testing of Publishing package I see that anyone can post article and there is no any way to prevent or regulate it. Add this feature, please as Core versions feature or as minimum add it to Publishing package (who can post articles - guests/registered users/admins, who can add comments - guests/registered users/admins). It should be enough for the first step of building of highly customizable and flexible usergroup system

Implemented in our 2.0 version. The system still needs to be polished but in general it works already!
