I think a simple Testimonial plugin would be great just like how Intelliants has for their products.

We have wrote such simple plugin from news plugin and it will be available for download in few hours.

Now you can download the plugin from the downloads area. Besides, we will add the following features to it ASAP:
1. Possibility to add testimonial from front end
2. more testimonial like template
