Welcome to our support forums There are can be several reasons for this. 1. Make sure you uploaded .htaccess file in your script root directory. Sometimes ftp managers don't see it by default and you need to enable option - Show hidden files - to see them. File really exists in the downloaded archive. 2. If you do see your .htaccess file second step would be to check if you have mod_rewrite enabled.
