Unsure about CHMOD and Package

Hi,

I installed the Core package allegedly with the addons however I find no plugins in the file. So maybe I got the wrong one,now I got the CMS only, but in my account it mentions I paid for the monthly Article Publisher Script, but that I do not have. But I need the Article Publisher.

According to another message after payment, it read, that I would need to wait 24 hours until I can get the script. However I am confused. Besides that, do I have to change the CHMOD again?

Currently they are all on the 777.

# Run the command below to make backup directory writable:
chmod 777 backup/
# Run the command below to make temporary directory writable:
chmod 777 tmp/
# Run the command below to make uploads directory writable:
chmod 777 uploads/
# Run the command below to make configuration file writable:
chmod 777 includes/config.inc.php

If I have to change, to what CHMOD do I have to change it? I have the site is under construction online.

Would appreciate your help.
