Hi Subrion team,
You have installed the script for the articles web site.( Jean-Louis Vosgien http://www.articles-media.com) You add a specific script for the customer to add his videos together with the articles. We agreed together that the video can be uploaded in different sizes. The video in fact needs to be in flash before to be uploaded by the customer. This is not what I paid for. An other problem is that I do not have the website visible at the adress: http://www.articles-media.com instead I have this message: Error occured. Please see the logs or report an error to the administrator I contacted the hosting company, they checked and told me to see with you. Since now 2 weeks I sent several emails at different adresses to have this problem fixed. I have no answer to my messages. I don't understand the reason. Don't you receive my messages? It worked perfectly while I was buying the script. You write in your site pages that the support is free and no limit in time. Please give me support. The web site is still empty. You can easily install a new one instead at my adress. Even if I have to pay. (After all the error is mine). You write it is possible to have an extra professional installation in one of your page. "Extra Professional Installation - $20" Don't leave a customer unhappy with your product. Thank you very much Best regards, JL Vosgien |

Is your server configured to convert video to flash? That requires a special type of hosting. Now regarding the other error, I am sure they can fix that pretty quickly, did you send in a ticket? Or just email them? Try the Helpdesk and send in a ticket, I get a response back quite quickly. |

I am sorry, we did not receive any letters from you after modification finish. I am checking error on your site right now. However, we can implement video conversion on your server, but it is required really power hosting because video conversion is very resource-intensive process, in addition it may requires some specific software installed. Error has been fixed. It occurred because of y have installed 2 plugins but plugins files was deleted.

Hi,
Thank you very much to have fixed it. I have used the helpdesk as well to contact you. Regarding the VDO upload and conversion I think we can do that way: 1- Permit people to upload in the most frequently used size. 2- I convert manually one by one after the upload 3- If the conversion is too a big job we install the automation in the web site.
