When you will released the version 1.1 with language file included?

Yep, about 2 weeks. Actually here is the exact date of release.

xooArticles 1.1 will be released on the 2nd, July. New templates, new functionality + bugfixes

Exactly the version is ready and we are making final changes. It will be available for downloads in 2-3 hours.
