Default Change text on Submit Article form

I want to change "Title [short description of your article]:" and "Body [detailed description of your article]:" on the Submit Article form to my own words. How can I change this text? I've been searching in the Language Manage and couldn't find it. I also check the template file and couldn't find it there either.

This phrase is hardcoded in template.
You need to edit templates/your_template/captcha.tpl

Also, how do I add additional article fields? I added a new text area through the administrator panel but the information I type in the new text area is not saving or showing up on the article. Do I need to edit the template as well when I add a new text area?

Unfortunately, publishing 1.2 has no custom fields support. You will get this functionality in release 1.3, soon.

When will that be released? And is there a way for me to "manually" add the text field now? I was able to include it on the form but it's not saving or adding to the article.
