does this script offer this feature set?

okay, i've looked through the feature list,but i don't think i saw this combination. still, i thought i'd ask as i may be overlooking it. we're looking for a script that does the following:

allows editors only to write each review and do the scoring.

will list reviewed items in a category by rating with highest first in descending order.

will list 20 best scored items from ALL categories on main page.

will also list 20 most recently added reviewed items on main page in date order.
