It is impossible now actually. It will be solved with implementation of usergroups. Take a look here:

At the moment, you can disable auto approval of articles and approve them manually.

Or there can a be a quick fix for this. Please check how this implemented in directory. So when visitors click on Submit Article they are redirected to a login page. Should we implement this request in this way?

There are still no user groups, but it is possible to disable posting by guest in version 1.2
