Account users Real Name not public

I am trying to find out how do I make Account Users Real Name not public? I would rather have their username public for the account listings please.

You can try this
1. Admin Panel -> Accounts Fields - delete field named 'Full Name'
2. In the same place create field for account with name 'full_name'
