Are the plugins for 1.2 the same as the previous version plugins? Has the code been changed, or are these just the old plugins work that have been tested on 1.2? Any difference in installation or setup?

our designer will adopt the template soon
about plugins, installation procedure the same, but not all plugins has been upgraded for 1.2.00
