Well, you really had problems with downloads just because we updated our site and some information needs to be reorganized there. Now we have fixed the downloads area - at least wizard works fine for all the test accounts and you should not have any problems now. If you do - please report.
We released Subrion Core on Friday and since then we have released Publishing Script and five templates. I hope tomorrow we will release directory and the other templates + plugins.
