Getting these messages from nearly all menu selections. Thought it was because nothing was added, but I have added subitems

The requested URL //browse/subitems/scategory/index.htm was not found on this server.
In the URL - I am seeing this:
http://mydomain.com//admin/login.php
Notice the // after mydomain.com ... Seems like that duplicate forward slash issue is still around...
