Package Installation

Before installing Subrion CMS packages you should have Subrion CMS core installed. The links below might be helpful for you:

Subrion CMS Package installation is an easy and fast process so you can easily complete it yourself.

It breaks up into few steps:

• Login to www.subrion.com under your login name. In a section Manage Products you can see the status of the products you have bought.
• To download the packages and plugins go to the section Downloads. Download Wizard will help you to choose and download all the products you want simultaneously. Fist choose the version of the script you want to download and click the button 'Next'. Sections Core Version, Packages and Plugins will help you to download the products separately. Ex. if you want to download the newest version or buy some products later.
• Tick off the packages and plugins you want to download and click the button 'Download'.
• Save files to your computer.
• Next login to your FTP account.
• Extract files and go to folder 'upload' then upload all files from it to the folder where you installed the script.
• Now login to admin panel on your website.
• Go to section Manage Packages.
• Click the button 'install' on the right side of every package. Name the root the package will be available from the front end. And click button 'Install'.
• After installation you need to rebuild .htaccess file. You can do this two ways:
  
  a. Right after installation you will see the message 'You have to rebuild .htaccess file. You can download it here'. Follow the link given is the sign and save the file to your computer. Then login to you FTP account. Rename the downloaded file to .htaccess and change the .htaccess file in the script folder with this file.
  
  b. Or go to Configuration section from admin panel and click view .htaccess. Copy the code. Go to FTP. Open .htaccess file select all and change the code. Save and close the file.
